What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, subject and message, and your organisation name if you give it. When you use the quote form we receive your name, email address, the type of insurance you are interested in and the cover limit you select. When you use the car insurance quote form we receive your name, email address, phone number, and your car’s make, model, registration year and estimated value.

We only collect what you type into these forms. The website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits, and no advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote you asked for, and follow up on it. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

How your message reaches us

Form messages are not stored on this website. They are sent straight to our office email (info@pearlbrand.co.ke) through ZeptoMail, an email delivery service. If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation happens in WhatsApp and is covered by its own privacy terms.

Services that help run this website

Cloudflare hosts the website, protects it from attacks and runs Turnstile, a check that tells people and automated spam apart. Turnstile may process technical details such as your IP address and browser information for that purpose.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to the website so we can see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed and whether a form was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request, to provide any cover you take out with us, and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@pearlbrand.co.ke or call +254 711 948 117 and we will respond.
